Career Consultant [BKK]

  • Mô tả

    • Attract/recruit qualified candidates 
    • Offer and recommend suitable positions for candidates 
    • Advise candidates on the job market, interview preparation, etc. 
    • Introduce qualified applicants to pertinent departments 
    • Arrange interviews between the candidate and the department 
    • Manage and coordinate schedules 
    • Consulting and negotiation to get employment.
    • Follow up with and inform candidates who have been selected and employed
    • Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and sales targets.

  • Yêu cầu

    • Thai nationality
    • Age 25–30 years old (preferred)
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
    • 2–5 years of direct experience as an agency Recruitment Consultant (preferred)
    • Proven track record of working to targets and earning commission
    • Experience winning new clients and managing the full recruitment cycle
    • Sales-oriented, proactive, and confident in prospecting and closing deals
    • Good command of English (business level); Japanese is a plus
    • Team player who works well with others
