- Attract/recruit qualified candidates
- Offer and recommend suitable positions for candidates
- Advise candidates on the job market, interview preparation, etc.
- Introduce qualified applicants to pertinent departments
- Arrange interviews between the candidate and the department
- Manage and coordinate schedules
- Consulting and negotiation to get employment.
- Follow up with and inform candidates who have been selected and employed
- Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and sales targets.
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality
- Age 25–30 years old (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- 2–5 years of direct experience as an agency Recruitment Consultant (preferred)
- Proven track record of working to targets and earning commission
- Experience winning new clients and managing the full recruitment cycle
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and confident in prospecting and closing deals
- Good command of English (business level); Japanese is a plus
- Team player who works well with others
