EZHire lets company members connect their own Google account to use the Google Calendar integration.
This section explains how EZHire accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.
<Data accessed>
- Your Google account email address, to identify the connected account
- Events on your primary Google Calendar, to list your upcoming events in EZHire and to create,
update and delete interview events (including Google Meet links) that you schedule from a selection process
<How the data is used>
Google user data is used only to provide the Google Calendar features you request in EZHire.
It is not used for advertising, not sold,
not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models,
and not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide these features
or to comply with applicable law.
<Storage and protection>
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. EZHire stores only the identifiers of calendar events
it creates for you; the contents of your other calendar events are displayed but not stored.
<Retention and deletion>
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your member settings in EZHire,
which deletes the stored tokens.
You can also revoke EZHire's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
EZHire's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
