    Work Location: Reeracoen's Office, Mercury Tower, BTS Chidlom
    Work Hours: 8:30-17:30 PM (Mon-Fri) (Flexible hours)
    Salary: open to discussion.

    Job Description 
    • Win new business by researching target companies, reaching out, and securing new client accounts
    • Build and manage long-term relationships with existing clients and grow the business they give us
    • Understand each client's business, hiring challenges, and workforce needs in order to define clear job requirements
    • Develop business proposals and fee terms that address client needs and objectives
    • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, working with the Career Advisor team
    • Manage the hiring process end to end: interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing placements
    • Share interview status and client feedback with the Career Advisor team so both sides stay aligned
    • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targetsd revenue targets
    • Perform other related duties as required.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    •  Thai nationality
    • Age 25–30 years old (preferred)
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
    • 2–5 years of direct experience as an agency Recruitment Consultant (preferred)
    • Proven track record of working to targets and earning commission
    • Experience winning new clients and managing the full recruitment cycle
    • Sales-oriented, proactive, and confident in prospecting and closing deals
    • Good command of English (business level)
    • Team player who works well with others
