    Recruiting Advisor (180° Client side)
    • Providing recruitment service to the client.
    • Building and maintaining a relationship with the client by visiting, calling and others.
    • Understanding of the client's business, structure, culture and environment.
    • Coordinating with client to get and define job requirements.
    • Deeply understanding of client's requirements.
    • Screening the application from internal team and sending the potential candidate to the client.
    • Presenting candidates to clients with significant details. Also, briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
    • Arranging the interview and getting the result.

  • คุณสมบัติ


    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year of experience as a career consultant, recruiting consultant, or in a related is a plus
    • At least 1 year of experience in Sales (B2B) are also encouraged to apply
    • Background from recruitment agency or other related business would be an advantage. 
    • Good command of English
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Responsible, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving company objectives
    • Team player with a respectful and collaborative attitude.
    • Being sales-oriented and have worked to targets and on commission
