    • Providing our services to clients, including Recruitment Services and SourcedOut.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
    • Explore business opportunities and reach out to new potential clients to introduce our services. 
    • Get job requirements and understand client's recruitment needs, business, team structure, culture, and working environment.
    • Collaborate closely with the Internal Recruiting Team (for Recruitment Services) or with Freelance Recruiters (for SourcedOut), who are responsible for managing the candidate sourcing and recruitment process. 
    • Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and sales targets.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in any department from Manufacturing are also welcome.
    • Strong experience in Career Consultant, Recruiting Consultant or related is a plus
    • Good command of English
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Responsible, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving company objectives
    • Team player with a respectful and collaborative.
