Description
- Consult with clients and candidates to understand their needs, job requirements, business environment, and market conditions.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment services, including candidate screening, profile presentation, interview coordination, and result follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, meetings, and ongoing support.
- Advise candidates on job opportunities, system usage, market insights, and interview preparation to ensure the best possible experience.
- Promote new services, identify market opportunities, and gather feedback to improve the company’s products, services, and solutions.
- Perform other duties and support related projects as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, career consulting, or B2B sales.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, selling intangible services, or acquiring new clients is an advantage.
- Good command of English with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-oriented and results-driven, with a willingness to work toward targets in a commission-based incentive structure.
- Responsible, collaborative, and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
